Gaining industry experience while still in college is the perfect way to jump start your career. Just ask Guilford, Connecticut native Carla Puchini, who had a job lined up before she graduated as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley in Manhattan.

During her senior year, Carla served as Managing Director of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±×ÊÁÏ’s Center for Advanced Financial Education (CAFE), leading a team of student financial analysts to grow two real dollar portfolios, totaling over a quarter of a million dollars. Her unique pairing of Finance and Psychology gave her an eye into the world of Behavioral Finance, why investors do what they do, and how to read a room. These skills and more serve her well in her career at Morgan Stanley.

Hear from Carla about her experience as CAFE managing director.
